A. The price is $199 for a 90 day listing.
Q. Can I renew my listing for a reduced rate after 90 days?
A. Yes. You can renew your listing for $50 for an additional 90 days.
Q. Can I receive a refund?
A. No. All of our costs are incurred upfront, so we are unable to offer refunds.
Q. Can I make changes to my listing once it is posted on the site?
A. Yes. You have the ability to make real time changes and updates to your listing on BozemanByOwner.com 24/7. Simply use the Seller Login and follow the instructions.
Q. How do I get my listing taken off the website?
A. Log in to your account and change the status to sold or send us an email at info@BozemanByOwner.com. We will take your listing off and pick up the yard sign.
Q. Can I list my property with BozemanByOwner.com and a real estate agent at the same time?
A. No. If you decide to list your property with a real estate agent, please contact us and we will discontinue your listing and pick up your sign.
