Service Agreement

Welcome to bozemanbyowner.com.  We offer a forum for FSBO sellers, representing neither the buyer nor the seller.  Please take a moment to review and understand this Service Agreement.

SERVICE

A one-time fee of $299 includes a 90 day listing period and a FSBO yard sign.  This term expires when your property:  reaches the closing date, is taken off the market, is listed with a real estate agent or broker, or the time period elapses, whichever occurs first. 

• The listing may be extended for a period of 3 months for a fee of $50. 
• Listings are for one property only and are non-transferable.
• Property owners must agree not to list their property on any other website, or with any MLS.
• Owner is responsible for the accuracy of all information posted on the bozemanbyowner.com website.  Any owner deliberately misrepresenting their property will be asked to change the inaccuracy.  Refusing to do so will result in termination of the listing.
• No warranty of any kind is implied or provided.
• No refunds are given, due to all expenses being incurred during the first week of a new listing.
• Any user submitting a bad check or credit card will be charged a fee of $50 and may be unable to access bozemanbyowner.com’s website in the future.

SIGNS

Our fee includes the use of a sturdy, professional-looking FSBO sign.  Most signs are installed within three business days.  No signs will be personally delivered or installed outside of the Gallatin Valley and nearby surrounding cities.  Please contact us for information regarding the use and delivery of signs outside this area. 

Property owners agree to:

• Mark a safe location for the sign and take responsibility for any/all damage to underground utilities, sprinklers, or other hidden objects.  Any underground objects must be identified and clearly marked before signs are placed.
• Pay a fee of $100 if the sign is unavailable for pickup after the listing term expires or is damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
• Be aware that bozemanbyowner.com remains the owner of the sign; the homeowner alone is responsible for any injury involved during installation of the sign.
• Not allow any real estate agent to place their realtor sign in the yard of a property listed on bozemanbyowner.com.
